Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is wrong, I will do my best to make it right. Please review the following policies for more information.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for free within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email tayla@lovestonedjewelry.com to start the return process.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item(s), I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s). I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund may be rejected if the item is not returned in its original condition.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please email me at tayla@lovestonedjewelry.com.

Repairs

If your item needs to be repaired (restrung, tightened, etc.), I am happy to repair it for free within 90 days of purchase. If it has been more than 90 days since your purchase, I offer a nominal repair fee of $5. Please ensure that you have all of the original parts of your item. If components are unavailable, I will do my best to provide a suitable substitute.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email me at tayla@lovestonedjewelry.com for the physical address to return your item(s) to.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
